We invite you to Jurjevo 2025 in Pirovac – let’s celebrate together the Day of the Municipality and the start of the season

On the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Pirovac and the feast of Saint George, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pirovac and numerous associations and dedicated individuals, we have prepared a rich and diverse program that includes 12 events across multiple locations, from April 21 to May 1.
You can expect sports competitions, ceremonial events, concerts, cultural and artistic performances, and numerous special gatherings – for all generations and tastes.

DETAILED PROGRAM OF JURJEVO 2025 CELEBRATION

April 21 (Monday) – Traditional football match Village – Town (50+)
17:00 Men, 17:45 Women, 18:15 Seniors (Grande finale) - School Playground
The iconic local match returns this year. Veterans from the Village and the Town will once again face off in a friendly but competitive atmosphere. Cheering, laughter, and good energy are guaranteed – come support your favorites.

April 23 (Wednesday) – Saint George's Day
• 07:30 – Wake-up Parade by the Pirovac Brass Band, Promenade in the center
The day begins joyfully with a traditional wake-up parade to greet the town with music.
• 08:00 – Paying tribute to fallen defenders and all deceased residents of Pirovac, St. Anthony’s Cemetery
In peace and dignity, we remember those who gave the most for their community.
• 09:00 – Holy Mass for the feast of Saint George, Church of Our Lady of Carmel
Saint George, the patron saint of Pirovac, will be solemnly commemorated through a mass that gathers the locals.
• 18:00 – Official Ceremony of the Municipality of Pirovac, Cinema Hall
An occasion to honor the achievements of the community and express gratitude to everyone involved in its development.

April 25 (Friday) – Concert by the band Zaratino
21:00, Tent in the center
Energy, rhythm, and great atmosphere with the recognizable Dalmatian sound of Zaratino. The perfect warm-up for the weekend.

April 26 (Saturday)
• 16:00 – Festival of Folk Singers of the Šibenik Diocese, Church of Our Lady of Carmel
A touching showcase of the rich spiritual and musical traditions of our region.
• 21:00 – Concert by Petar Grašo with opening act Treći Kat, Tent in the center
The musical highlight of the celebration. One of the most famous domestic artists will bring a night of emotion, song, and unity.

April 27 (Sunday)
• 15:00 – Futsal Tournament by MNK Pirovac, Bocce Court
Sports spirit and communal gatherings on the field and around it.
• 19:00 – KUU Bezdan and Friends – In Pirovac for the Holidays, Cinema Hall
A cultural and artistic program celebrating tradition, customs, and community.
• 20:00 – Concert by the Pirovac Brass Band with guests: Biograd Town Band and Zadar Town Band, Tent in the center
A musical spectacle to close the weekend celebration with the collaboration of three orchestras.

May 1 (Thursday) – 2nd Croatian Bocce League – Central Dalmatia
15:00, Bocce Court
A competition that brings together the best regional bocce players and marks the end of the official program in a sporting spirit.
