Right to Access Information

The right to access information held, managed, or supervised by the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Pirovac is established by the Law on the Right to Access Information (NN 25/13); amendments (NN 85/15). Criteria for determining the amount of reimbursement of actual material costs and costs of information delivery (NN 12/14); correction (NN 15/14).

The Law also prescribes the principles of the right to access, exceptions to the right to access, and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access information. The aim of the law is to enable and ensure information to natural and legal persons through openness and transparency of the actions of public authorities, in accordance with the law.

The right to information is exercised by submitting a request to the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Pirovac. If the request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request Form for Access to Information, which you can send to:
