Trainings for Pirovac landlords held – knowledge as the foundation of a successful season

The Pirovac Tourist Board successfully organized two free educational sessions for private rental hosts, held on March 27th and April 3rd, 2025, in the Pirovac cinema hall. Over 50 rental hosts attended both sessions, demonstrating strong interest in gaining new knowledge and aligning with current legislative frameworks and market trends.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the landlords for their significant interest and participation. Your engagement highlights the importance of collective investment in enhancing the quality of our region’s tourist offer.

We would like to give special thanks to our local resident Marija Bašić and the Adriagate agency for their professional and informative presentations during both sessions. The training provided landlords with clear and practical information regarding legislative updates, tax obligations, the e-visitor system, and advice for improving accommodation standards.
