Don't miss another edition of the eno-gastro project “Taste like... marenda”, taking place this Friday, July 4th, from 10 a.m. on the terrace of the “Malo misto” restaurant in Pirovac. You can look forward to delicious local food (spiza), fine wine, traditional klapa singing, and engaging accompanying activities.
Tasty marendas will be prepared by renowned local culinary spots — Restaurant Spalladium and Tavern Nono — right on the terrace of “Malo misto.” On the menu: lamb liver with homemade polenta and veal risotto. Exceptional wines will be provided by Livaić Winery and OPG Begić.
Entertainment will be in the hands of the klapa group Adria Šibenik. Visitors can also join a charming workshop on making traditional flower head wreaths, hosted by “Aunt Kate” (Katica Škugor), suitable for both children and adults. Registration is available on-site until full.
Local family farms (OPGs) will also be present, offering homemade products for sale.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about the name Zlosela, as well as the culinary and cultural history of the region, through the guided eno-gastro interpretation “Dobra spiza u Zloselu”, presented by UTV Mihovil Šibenik.
See you this Friday, July 4th, at 10 a.m. on the terrace of Malo misto restaurant in Pirovac!
