Together for a Cleaner and More Beautiful Pirovac: Successful Environmental Cleanup at Lolić Beach

Yesterday, on Friday, June 6, 2025, a commendable environmental cleanup action took place at Lolić Beach in Pirovac under the title "Together for a Cleaner and More Beautiful Pirovac." The goal of the initiative was not only to remove waste and tidy up one of the most visited coastal areas, but also to raise awareness about the importance of environmental protection and the shared responsibility we all have toward nature.

The cleanup saw enthusiastic participation from children of the Mendula Kindergarten and Pirovac Elementary School, showing that even from an early age, young people can be agents of positive change. They were joined by employees of the municipal company Vrilo, the Pirovac Tourist Board, and dedicated individuals from the local community, once again demonstrating the strength of intergenerational and cross-sector cooperation.

A special thanks goes to Caffe Bar Balun, which kindly provided refreshments for all participants.

Actions like this are not only beneficial to the environment but also serve as valuable lessons for younger generations who will learn to respect and protect the world around them. When children engage in ecological activities from an early age, they develop a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and love for their homeland.
