Eco Action - Cleaning Starine Beach

A recent eco-friendly action to clean Starine Beach, from Gegalov Mulo to Vrilo Cove, was successfully conducted. Participants diligently collected everything that didn’t belong on the beach—paper, plastic, cigarette butts, branches, and other litter.

The Tourist Board of the Municipality of Pirovac and the public utility company Vrilo were joined by the children from Mendula Kindergarten and Pirovac Elementary School. The children came accompanied by their caretakers and teachers, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks for their participation and support. The young participants proved to be true little ecologists, filling numerous bags with litter and contributing significantly to the preservation of the environment.

The importance of such actions cannot be overstated. They not only contribute to a cleaner and more beautiful environment but also educate younger generations about the importance of preserving nature. Involving children in such actions fosters awareness of ecological responsibility and the significance of sustainable living.

We are especially proud of all the participants who showed that much can be achieved through collective effort. Such actions help build a sense of community and encourage citizens to actively engage in preserving their environment.

Kudos to all participants, especially our youngest ones, who made a special contribution with their dedication. We hope that such initiatives will become regular and that more citizens will recognize the importance of preserving our beaches and natural beauty.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and see you at the next eco action!
